C-Path Online Data Repository (CODR)
New C-Path Online Data Repository
The Coalition Against Major Diseases (CAMD) has made the C-Path Online Data Repository (CODR) available to qualified researchers. The database contains the de-identified control arm data of over 4000 patients from eleven Alzheimer's disease clinical trials.
The CAMD Data Working Group, in conjunction with the Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC), has created a standard for collecting, storing and interchanging Alzheimer's clinical trial data. Seven of the member companies have remapped existing clinical trial data into the new format and have agreed to share it with the others to facilitate the research into Alzheimer's disease. CAMD is using this data to research and qualify biomarkers and disease progression models.
Ephibian, a highly experienced information technology solutions company, has worked with C-Path to make the CODR a high performance, easy to use, and secure online database. It provides the ability to analyze the data online with "R" (a statistical analysis program), create and download standard reports, run complex queries, or download data to a desktop for further analysis.
Additional data will be added to the database over time and it will become an increasingly valuable resource for those interested in investigating.
